“Have made many trips to beautiful Ireland but by far this was the best. And all because of the lovely cottage and its hosts Phyllis and Kevin. Daily short drives all over West Clare only to return to this spacious and comfortable home. The garden, the town, and everything we needed. Sparkling clean, fresh, beautifully appointed far surpassing our expectations. Even prettier and larger Than expected. Non intrusive but gracious and helpful hosts. Can not say enough about this charming home. ”

“The cottage is located in an area where you can discover many beautiful areas by car. The cottage has all the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor. The upper floor is locked. It is a bit damp so bring your thick socks. Electricity was a bit of a hassle for us but there was 2 euro coins provided for us to use in the meter. “I loved staying in this space more than anything! I miss it and still think of it fondly. It’s just so beautiful and peaceful, not too far from Oughterard if you need some cooking supplies, but out of town enough that you really feel one with the beautiful landscape that surrounds you. If I lived in Ireland, I’d surely be back. :)”
