“It was fine, we had booked a junior suite and the room didn’t have as many windows and lights as appeared in the photos when booking, felt very dark and gloomy. The furniture matched the pictures. The bathroom was not cleaned properly when we checked in, the cleaning and refill service was not good, they took our towels but never replaced them, no refill on coffee capsules or glasses/muggs. So we had to call room service to get new towels and so on. Don’t recommend to eat at the restaurant,...

“Check in was fast and easy. Housekeeping came daily to change our towels and wash cloths. The person who checked us in gave us some great information for places to see in the area as well. The hotel is in a perfect location for public transportation and we were able to get everywhere we wanted using our clipper card. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the SF area and will book again when I’m back in the area! ”
