"We like the unlimited brunch. The rooms are ok. The reception team are usually very helpful. But they want you to checkin via their self service check-in screens, but the IT system behind the check-in screens is not user friendly. If you are 3 people in the same family and you are staying in the same room, you still have to enter your home address 3 times once per every family member even though you have already entered it..so no copy address function on the form....also there is no pen provided for those screens to sign on, so you need to sign the screen with your finger...so good luck with signing in that tiny text box !!!!"

"As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay. The rooms were fresh, and the lounge areas were comfortable and inviting. The pool area was great, though it could get a bit crowded at times. Breakfast was decent, though somewhat repetitive. The only downside was the food at the top restaurant, B Heaven, which was disappointing—lacking flavor and seeming like it was microwaved. Overall, we would gladly return if given the chance and would highly recommend this place."
