“Very nice condo, comfortable, clean with good communication!”

“This is a nicely decorated, clean, well-supplied condo on the beach. This unit is on the first floor right next to the pool. While it is a negative that the pool pumps are right outside the unit and hum louder than the sound of the ocean, the price reflects that, in my opinion. The hosts also provide a welcome basket and other little things to make the stay convenient and the condo welcoming.”

“We loved our stay and will be back. The condo was comfortable and had all the essentials. There was a nice little welcome gift for us and our furry family member. We had a small issue with the heating/cooling but Ryan was right on it and had it taken care of immediately! We extended our stay by 2 days and Ryan’s phone communication and Alex’s email communication made it seamless! Thank you to the owner and hosts! ”

“The unit had everything we needed; including a washer and dryer. The kitchen came fully equipped from dish, glass and flatware to drip coffee maker and more. The furniture was comfortable and clean; the beds were comfy as well and the closets had plenty of hangers and extra blankets. Check in, check out and all additional information was super clear and concise. Over all, a nice place to stay for our visit to Fernandina Beach. Thank you.”
