“The Tru hotel is ultra modern, but lacked a swimming pool, a room safe, and a bar/restaurant. They did have games, including a pool table in the lobby. They did have items you could purchase around the desk, but they were very expensive. A 20 ounce bottle of Coke was four dollars. We ended up driving to Walmart to get our stuff. Not much around the area, other than a ballpark, which is out of season right now. There is a Costco down the road and some other shopping. Our sink didn’t drain very...

“The location was perfect for a class I took. The only issue I had with my room was the bathtub was not as clean as I would have liked. For some reason, most hotels do not scrub the tub. There was mold around the soap dish that needed scrubbing. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. ”

“Property was fine but there is a parking lot on the rear of the property that at night is poorly lighted at best. We grabbed our luggage and made haste to the front entrance. I went into the hall of my 3rd floor room to get a visual on my vehicle several times at night. The room was clean and front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.”

“Be careful when booking balcony room. Beach view is very different than beach front. We loved the hotel but our balcony was hardly usable because of the road noise. We never sat out there, only stepped out to check the temps and weather. ”
