She was very helpful in explaining the workings of the property and she also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay. “We were eight adults and three children under four years old. This stunning property gave every couple a bedroom facing the ocean with their own bathroom. The whole rental was thought out well with fans, air conditioning, beach towels, etc. there is no beach in front of the unit but we knew that going in. “The property is beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time. The keep the grounds as beautiful as the interior, and we felt safe and secure even with young kids. The crib and high char were very helpful!For others' awareness with kids, there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher, so expect to need to hand wash bottles etc. The staff did some laundry for us at a good price, so that solved the laundry needs.”

“I highly recommend Casa Azanik. We had a party of 7 family members, but we could have accommodated so many more. The booking process was extremely efficient, and the concierge helped us book shuttles and activities. The manager and the daily caretakers helped us navigate Akumal wonderfully.
