“The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. ”

“I have a challenge with wall-mounted showers with low water-pressure. It takes forever to clean off the soap. You spend too much time in the shower. Poor lighting in the bathroom makes it hard to shave properly. The breakfast is nice but as all hotels today they have super-tiny glasses for juice. Management think people will drink less juice and they believe they will save money. But all it does is making everyone stand up and walk across the room four times for a refill. ”
