“Ett enklare guesthouse som fungerar om du bara tänker förvara din väska och sova på rummet. Annars bör du välja nåt annat. Typiskt brittiskt med heltäckningsmattor och den karaktäristiska brittiska frukosten. Bra läge med gångavstånd till sevärdheterna och järnvägsstationen där du kan ta dig till ett antal orter inom 90 minuter. Ett alternativ om man vill bo relativt billigt och enkelt.”

“Trångt och svårtillgängligt i lokalerna. Låst ytterdörr kändes föga välkomnande. Stor brist på parkering intill hotellet vilket innebär en promenad på två kvarter med allt bagage.”

“Perfekt litet ställe mitt i centrum. Kan inte komma fram med bilen men det kvittar. Det är andra gången vi bor på samma plats. ”

“Room was really good and comfortable. Overlooked car park. Excellent bath/shower room. Didnt have evening meal as hotel had hen or stag party booked in. Also as I have limited appetite choice was restricted. Overall would certainly recommend staying here also dog friendly so daughters family could bring their dog and all atebrsakfast together”

“Loved our stay in the Ebor Suite. Quiet and secluded, with a bit more space and a dedicated parking spot too. Easy walk from York centre and the breakfast should not be missed. Lots to chose from and the bread was delicious. We would definitely book again if we return to York. ”

“Guest house is lovely, arrival was smooth, car park was quite small and the driveway is very narrow not ideal if you have a large car as makes getting in and out difficult. Our double room was clean and nicely decorated, mattress was ok however the wooden bed frame was very creaky and we could also hear our neighbours bed too. The walls are quite thin and due to it being an older property floor boards creak. We were woken at 1am by guests in the room next door coming home, talking and walking...
