The home had everything we needed and wanted - quiet, relaxing, great amenities (thanks for the eggs!), and close to Tarpon Springs while still feeling remote. The fenced-in yard, with neighboring and friendly horses, was perfect for our dog. We appreciated the electronic gate. Thank Dave ~ we look forward to a future visit!”

The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Home was comfortable, neat and clean. Loved the location, easy to get to our friends we visited and to the different parks. The contact person was quick to respond to our hello and goodbye and very gracious. Since we didn’t have questions during our stay there was no need for other contact. Would recommend this home for your stay absolutely.”

It did not appear to have been completely deep cleaned before we stayed, having found a large chunk of old dried food in one of the bedroom closets, a lot of dust on the ceiling fans, and some other things I'll spare the details - you can just tell it's been awhile since it was deep cleaned.
