“Clean and reliable place to stay. We really appreciate having so much space, big windows, a desk dining table for working on our laptops, and a full kitchen. The building is older so there's definitely quirks, but we continue booking our stays here. Appreciate the secure entrance. “We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.”

“It was hard for us to find in the dark and if I’d been alone it might have been impossible. But we made it, it was clean and tidy and gave us the two bedrooms we wanted. We didn’t hang out here since we were helping friends move in to their new home. Good location for us, nice neighborhood, saw bunnies across the street so all is good with this rental”

“We arrived to Seattle on one of the hottest days of the year. The directions to the property were not clear and it was hard to locate. The ad says there is Air Conditioning. It wasn't until we got the email the day before that it stated they do not have Air Conditioning. I was told that most places in Seattle do not have AC. I thought the box fan and an open window would help, but there is a huge tree blocking the one window so it was hot. There were two of us in our 50's walking up and down...
