“The location is very convenient and walking distance from the main attractions of the city. Instructions to enter the building, parking and apartment were clear and the apartment itself is very nice and well kept. One issue we had where we needed to contact someone to help but we were not able to as we didn’t know who to contact and how. “We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. “Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....

Best location
"We really liked the hotel's concept. Like a cozy living room in the lobby and reception. The standard room wasn’t that big but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast, the croissants were delicious. Everything was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The best thing, coming as a tourist, was the location. We walked to all the tourist attractions and all the restaurants and bars in old town was just meters away. Close to the bus stop if you are taking the bus number 100 from the airport. We would certainly recommend the hotel."
