My room had visible mold on the walls and water on the floor. It smelled like mildew. I complained to the front he said that was the best room they had and showed me a lesser room that again had a strong odor of mildew. I have a severe allergy to mold and couldnā€™t stay there, they offer no refund or partial refund and. Charged for my entire stay even though I couldnā€™t stay there due to there conditions

Location is Great, so close to all attractions and plenty of dining establishments. Housekeeping waa an issue, they clean room every 3 days you have to request it upon arrival. We did and we even called and they still didnt clean the room. Was very disappointed.

The staff was not accommodating for my early check in at all, when Iā€™d spoke to them on 3 occasions about it prior to my arrival. I was coming to the city with my child and no car, just using ride share. It was a huge inconvenience for the both of us to have to wait over 4 hours from our arrival to check into our room. I wouldā€™ve booked elsewhere if they didnā€™t tell me they could accommodate me. Never again.
