In reception they said the door etrznce is broken but I saw cars, tracks and other vehicles were driving in and out but when I asked for a parking, I heard the door entrance doesn’t work. No true. I’ve added all my husband details for communication but emails and instructions for entrance the room comes still to my email. Simply reception doesn’t follow the details in the booking.
