“Beautiful spacious apartment right by Piazza San Marco. Great place to explore the city. The apartment was very clean, beds were super comfortable and linens were hotel standard. Note that elevator opens up to apartment but you need a key so its very safe. The loft is very low but our kids loved it (despite bumping their heads a few times). “Om man har bil och vill bo någonstans i närheten av Siena och t. ex. Monteriggioni så är det här ett supermysigt alternativ. Mycket fint läge med tjusig utsikt över landskapet. Fina rum i charmiga hus och väldigt trevlig personal. Rummen var minilägenheter med eget hyfsat välutrustat kök, så ett tips är att ta med sig egen mat och äta middag i trädgården istället för att åka till en restaurang. Mycket mysigt! “What we loved is that Torno is not too far from Como. You will need to take the bus to get there as the torno water taxi is closed right now but to be honest, the bus is better if you have luggage. Take route to house that goes behind tobacco shop, it will be easier yo navigate. There is a wonderful restaurant not far with one of the prettiest views on the lake. “Vi bodde en vecka i månadsskiftet juni/juli i Casa Metata precis ovanför Castiglione di Garfagnana. Husägaren Gabriele och hans trevliga familj har här skapat ett mycket charmigt, rätt nybyggt och väl fungerande hus med fullt utrustat kök. Jättefin terrass med pool och utedusch med sol hela dagen och utsikt över byarna nere i dalen och baksidan av Cararabergen. “Marcel ist ein völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe des Hauses waren mehr als einfach. Ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer schönen liebevollen Einrichtung. Das obere Badezimmer mit Whirl-Badewanne, riesengroße Duschanlage mit Radio, Regen, Dusche, Massage etc.waren bei den Kids natürlich das Highlight. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen :-)”

“Wir hatten von Anfang bis Ende einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Poesie Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Der Pool ist herrlich angelegt und auch hier nichts zu beanstanden. Absolut sauber!! Die Gastgeber/in ist sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir hätten uns jederzeit melden können. “We were two families traveling with four kids, the house didn’t at any point feel to small - there was lots of space both indoors and outdoors. The house and the surroundings are beautiful and very calming, also its close to all the cities you may want to visit. Both Nina and the local contact Angelita are very friendly and quick to respond when texting. One night we had a chief over at the house to cook for us, it was a lovely experience. We would definitely come back any time!”

“House has a pool and access onto the beach. It has fantastic outdoor space with lovely terrace and hammocks etc. We spent our time outside and it was lovely. Great bbq area too. The rooms are small but doesn’t really matter if you’re outside the whole time. National Park with canyon nearby an absolute winner. It’s a must if you stay here. Also ask Nella to cook for you one night - she made us a Sicilian feast which lasted for days!”
