Very disappointed, do not recommend!
Unprofessional and unpleasant personal, I was promised an upgrade of the room hen I checked in but then when I went the next day to get the new one, they told me that there was no room available even though they themselves offered the upgrade. When I checked out last day to go to another hotel, they told me to pay the city taxes again despite the fact that I already paid it. However when I argued them about that, they insinuated I’m lying. I payed it anyway but insisted on them to check the cameras, which resulted in a call half an hour later apologising and conforming that I did pay the city taxes the first time. I would never come back to this hotel again and would not recommend it!

I really liked this hotel. Very friendly staff! Helpful and service minded. If I encountered some problems, they were very fast to support / help me. If possible, i can recommend the business lounge, very friendly staff, as well as in the breakfast and reception! Br Henrik and Amorat

Rent och snyggt nära Dubai Mall.
Jätte trevlig och hjälpsam personal och väldigt rent. Jag är extremt kräsen när det gäller städning och renlighet, men var mycket nöjd! Bra städning. Nära till Dubai mall, cirka 5 min med taxi och 20 min promenad, taxi kostar 12-15 dhiram. Taxi till Marina 50-60 dhiram. Kommer att bo där igen. Deras restaurang Fire Lake Grill, utsökt mat och bästa servicen någonsin! Äta på restaurangen är ett måste! Vi bokade ökensafari via hotellet, kostade 500 dhiram för två personer, cirka 6 timmar, kvällssafari. Man blir upphämtad och lämnad på hotellet, buffé ingår samt vatten och läsk. Safari borde man verkligen göra när man är i Dubai. Room service var endast till 00 på natten, borde vara 24 timmar på ett fem stjärnigt hotell tycker jag. Fick väldigt bra pris för ett rum med balkong, 5600 svenska kronor för fyra nätter. Vi kommer att bo här igen.

Radisson i dubai
Vi anlände till hotellet ca 7 h innan check in men fick ändå direkt tillträde till vårt rum. Mycket professionell och trevlig personal. Det enda som kan bli lite bättre är kvalitén på maten som beställdes genom "room service" som enligt mig inte höll måttet med tanke på att hotellet är ett 5-stjärnigt. Kommer att boka fler nätter på Radisson Blu!

I want to thank all the staff at the Radisson Blu Business Bay Water Front Hotel. Everybody had a job to do and they did it in the most professional way. From the Guest Service Agent, the Concierge, Waiters and Waitresses, front desk Supervisor etc I would keep going and going. Thanks to everyone for the great service, friendliness and care for their guest. I can’t say enough about this Hotel, you truly showed us what real Customer Service is all about! Location is great but too much construction going on around the building. Bathroom Roof leaked the first day, hot water wasn’t available the second and not enough staff present at breakfast buffet to take orders and provide service.

Wonderful and truly the friendliest hotel. Alo, in his Scottish uniform is helpful and friendly. The reception and housekeeping staff are amazing. The hotel is within walking distance of everything.
