“Nada mas llegar tuvimos que esperar 4 horas a que nos diesen el codigo del cajetin de las llaves, ibamos con niños y un calor impresionante. No respondia la dueña al correo con las instrucciones. La limpieza fatal, hemos limpiado nosotros la casa. La casa muy descuidada. Estuvimos 2 dias sin poder ducharnos porque no salia agua del grifo. Lo bueno es la situacion de donde esta el chalet.”

“Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie mit 2 Mädchen, 8 und 11 Jahre alt, durften 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen. Wir waren schön öfters so unterwegs, dass wir ein Ferienhaus oder eine Villa buchten, aber diese Villa übertrifft alles. Nicht nur, dass die Sauberkeit top war, es fehlte uns auch an gar nichts. Die Zimmer waren super gross und grosszügig, die Küche gut ausgestattet, der Pool der absolute Wahnsinn, und die Bar beim Pool aller erste Sahne. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern...

“The property was beautiful and the managers and host were amazing, the communication couldn't have been better. They replied fast and were very helpful. My only negative was that the location was further away from things than we thought and we ended up having to get taxis everywhere as there was little to no public transport and with 2 children in the heat, the walking was just too much. So I would definitely recommend hiring a car.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. When we reported a fault with the shower it was fixed very quickly. The outdoor space is lovely and suited our party perfectly. It is quite close to the town and within walking distance of the beach. A lovely stay.”

“Very nice and well equipped house with fantastic views of the Mediterranean. A quiet area near Calpe, very friendly owners. The only downside is that you can not reach the pool, barbecue and washing machine directly from inside the house. We spent 6 wonderful weeks there.”

“We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay.”

“Me and a group of friends stayed in this house for a week and had the best time ever! The rooms ar perfect for sharing 2-3 people and the seperate downstairs apartment allows for extra privacy and less disturbance when travelling this many people together. The pool area and the terraces are big, spacios and has a stunning view of the bay and Calpe. Checking in was super easy and the staff at the local steward company was very helpful during our stay. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars!”

“Très belle vue mais location loin de la mer, les jeunes ne pouvaient pas sortir à pieds le soir. Équipement rustique… Peut être faut-il préciser le nombres de marches pour les personnes ayant des difficultés (mobilité, problèmes cardiaques et enfants en bas âge…) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une piscine au top. On ne se lasse pas de la vue !”

Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal die Villa buchen und können sie auch weiterempfehlen. Scheinbar ist die Villa nicht allzu oft gebucht, da sie beim Betreten muffig roch. “Wij waren met 6 volwassenen in deze woning en hadden ruimte genoeg . Hadden goed weer en hebben altijd buiten vertoefd Zeer ruim perceel met carport voor 2 auto's. Kortom : wij hadden een prima vakantie”

“La casa es como se ve en la fotos, muy cómoda para grupos de amigos. A 10 minutos andando de una pequeña playa y a unos 35 del paseo marítimo de calpe. Puntos negativos, cuando llegamos la piscina estaba muy sucia no la limpian entre inquilinos. La ubicación que marca en la aplicación no es la de la casa y nos costo mas de media hora encontrarla. Te hacen ir a una oficina a 30 minutos fe la casa solo para firmar un papel y darte una clave para sacar las llaves de una caja de seguridad en la...

“Excellent séjour à Calp, qui nous connaissons désormais bien. Maison très agréable, assez vaste pour 6, très bien entretenue, et correctement équipée. Un sacré + avec la climatisation, qui permet de passer des nuits plus reposantes au frais. Petit lotissement charmant et calme. Piscine commune vaste et accueillante. Emplacement au calme, mais à moins de 10 minutes de la plage à pied, sans pente. Je recommande chaudement !”
