“Large comfortable property, quiet neighbourhood, 350m to local shops (a grocer and boulangerie). Definitely need a car for exploring further afield, easy access to motorway though. Secure garden for pets, lovely pool area. Decor is very dated, but house has modern appliances including wonderful coffee machine, and great air conditioning. We had a very relaxing visit.”

Location of the house was excellent for going to either Antibes Centre or Juan les Pins in a few minutes and having Nice and Cannes close by. “We had a lovely 2 week stay here. Everything is just like the photos show which is great. You are 2 mins from Antibes and 2 minutes away from a large super market so location is perfect. At the same time, you are at the bottom corner of a gated development so nice and secure. We had our 3 year old son with us and he had a fantastic time and the place felt very safe for him. The pool is not gated off but it was nice and easy to keep an eye on him when he was out side. Not much else to mention...

“We had a fantastic stay in this lovely rustic French house, furnished and equipped really well, we were a group of 7 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. Situated in a gated community in a peaceful suburb high above Antibes with great views out to sea. “We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

Det fanns lakan, handdukar och mycket porslin. Badrummen och köket hade vackert kakel. Alla hus i området hade höga murar eller staket. Även detta. Huset i seg selv, med uteområde og basseng, var enestående. Store lyse soverom, fantastisk kjøkken og spisebord, og en veldig koselig stue gjorde at vi trivdes veldig godt.
